Cancellation, Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and appreciate your understanding of our appointment policies.

Our services require specialized staff and many times the purchase of specific products to prepare for your treatment. To provide the best possible service to all our clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.

• 24-Hour Notice: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a $150 no-show fee.

The $150 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
